Every program you purchased will automatically appear under the ‘My Library’ section in your Ashram account.
If you can't find a program you purchased under the ‘My Library’ section in your account
OR
If you found your purchased program but a lock icon 🔒 appear on all the videos inside the program
Simply send us a message to our support: support@ashramapp.com and let us know what is your Ashram username (usually your email address) and which program is missing and will sort the issue for you :)
