If you purchased one of our programs, and you received 2 out of 3 emails (receipt and welcome email) but couldn’t find the 3rd email with your login details, there are two reasons why this happened:
#1You purchased a program from us in the past
If you purchased a program from us in the past using the same email address, then the new program was added automatically into your existing account.
That means, next time you’ll log into your account, the new program will appear under the ‘My library’ section.
#2You opened an Ashram account before
If you had an active membership in the past OR if you started a sign up process to the Ashram but never completed it, chances are you already have an Ashram account.
In this case, the new program was added automatically into your existing account.
How do you solve this issue?
If you already have an Ashram account, and you know your login details, great!
Simply log into your account and the new program will be waiting for you inside.
**Hint: your Ashram username is your email address you used in the purchase process
