Why my Ashram invoice show $0 but I charged $19?

The reason you see $0 in the billing section is because we are using two different platforms:

1. one for billing
2. one for membership - Ashram (for delivering the classes/programs)

Why we do that?

We do that so we can offer individual programs for sell and to give our customers the option to try the Ashram for free, for the first 30 days.

To avoid duplicated charges and account block by the membership system, we set the monthly charges on that system to $0 by using a unique coupon code.

For this reason, you see $0 in your Ashram profile but charged $19 by our billing system.

What happen if I cancel my Ashram subscription via Ashram?

Once you cancel your subscription via your Ashram profile, it will be canceled on the billing platform as well so there is nothing to worry about :)

How to receive the correct invoice?

We still working on a solution to connect between the two platforms.

While we working on the solution you can see past invoices and update your billing information by:

Step 1 - Visit the customer billing hub at:
https://bossup.thrivecart.com/updateinfo

Step 2 - Enter your email address used to access Ashram

Step 3 - Check your inbox for an email from Thrivecart

Step 4 - Click the link in the email to access your billing account
